POPIA & Information Practices

Thethani Applied Intelligence is committed to handling personal information responsibly and to designing data and AI systems with privacy and appropriate control in mind.

1. Our approach

We treat privacy as a system-design consideration rather than a final compliance checkbox. The appropriate controls depend on the information, the purpose of processing, the users and the risk.

2. Website enquiries

This release of the contact form prepares an email in the visitor's own email application and does not submit form data to a Thethani web server. If a server-side contact workflow is introduced, the privacy notice will be updated accordingly.

3. Client work

Where a project involves personal information, the roles and responsibilities of the parties, processing purpose, security expectations, retention and access arrangements should be agreed as part of the engagement and assessed against applicable law, including POPIA where relevant.

4. Your rights

Applicable privacy law may provide rights relating to access, correction, objection or deletion of personal information. Requests can be directed to hello@thethaniai.co.za.
